What We Offer

Mandate Representation

We act as an Official Mandate to Seller under written authorization from refinery allocation holders and direct suppliers.
Our role includes:

  • *. Representation of seller interests in international markets
  • *. Verification of buyer documentation and compliance
  • *. Facilitation of structured communication between parties
  • *. Oversight of procedural adherence and documentation flow

Petroleum Product Facilitation

We facilitate transactions for the following products (subject to allocation and availability):

Transaction Structuring

We coordinate standard international trade procedures, including:

  • *. Partial and Full Proof of Product (POP) coordination
  • *Financial instrument verification (SBLC, DLC, MT760, MT700)
  • *Shipment execution as per agreed Incoterms

No. We are a trading and mandate company. We represent authorized sellers and refinery allocation holders but do not operate refinery assets.

Products include EN590 Diesel (10ppm), Jet Fuel (JP54 / Jet A1), LPG, LNG, Mazut M100, Bitumen, and Crude Oil, subject to allocation and availability.

Buyers must submit an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order), company profile, and identification of the authorized signatory. Additional KYC documentation may be required.

Depending on contract terms, accepted instruments may include SBLC (MT760), DLC (MT700), or other internationally recognized banking instruments.

We engage only with transparent chains. All intermediaries must be disclosed and operate under agreed NCNDA/IMFPA arrangements where applicable.

Transactions may be conducted under commonly agreed Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, or other terms depending on refinery allocation and contractual agreement.

All transactions are subject to AML, KYC, and international trade compliance procedures in accordance with Kazakhstan regulations and global banking standards.

TAuthorization must be provided in writing through an official Mandate Agreement or Authorization Letter, clearly defining scope, products, allocation rights, and duration.
